3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 7u710 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, 7u710 reserves the right to:
- Suspend or permanently close all duplicate accounts;
- Void any bets placed or winnings accrued via duplicate accounts;
- Withhold deposited funds pending a full investigation into the duplication;
- Cancel any bonuses or promotional rewards that were claimed across the duplicate accounts.
Account credentials — specifically your username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any other individual. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not such activity was carried out with your knowledge or consent. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
- The account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is approved;
- Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit into the same account, or to a method verified as belonging to the account holder;

Players must not attempt to benefit from erroneous deposits.

General conditions that apply to all 7u710 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct
7u710 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. To protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of our player community, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or accessing the platform through a third party's account;
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, and sportsbook betting;
- Use of automated software: Deploying bots, macros, scripts, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform mechanics without human oversight;
- Exploitation of technical errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes in betting markets. Winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and the relevant funds may be withheld;
- Money laundering: Using 7u710 as a vehicle for depositing, transferring, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity. 7u710 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious financial activity as required;
- Chargebacks and payment disputes: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with the 7u710 support team. Unwarranted chargebacks will result in account suspension pending investigation;
- Accessing from prohibited territories: Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic access restrictions and access 7u710 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
7u710 employs a combination of automated monitoring tools and human review to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, the Company will take action proportionate to the severity of the violation, up to and including permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where legally required.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
7u710 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason it deems sufficient, including — but not limited to — the following:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
- Failure to complete account verification within the timeframe requested;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity;
- A player's own request for self-exclusion under the 7u710 Responsible Gaming Policy;
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email at the registered address. A reasonable timeframe for the investigation will be communicated. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated without penalty and any withheld funds returned in full.
Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds, which will be forfeited) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In instances of fraud or AML-related closure, funds may be withheld indefinitely pending the outcome of any legal proceedings.

Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe. 8. Limitation of Liability

- Delays in payment processing caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or other third-party financial intermediary;
- Any inaccuracy in odds, game outcomes, or sportsbook markets caused by data feed errors from third-party providers, provided that 7u710 takes prompt corrective action upon discovery.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by law.
